Iya Villania, ibinahagi ang workout routine habang naka-quarantine

Kahit malapit ng manganak, hindi pa rin tumitigil ang Kapuso actress at TV host na si Iya Villania sa pagwo-workout.

Sa latest Instagram post ng Mars Pa More host, ipinakita niya ang kanyang workout routine ngayong nasa ika-8 buwan na siya ng pagbubuntis.

Aniya, “16min AMRAP – Wall balls, Bicep curls, Cal bike and Lat pulls. 10 Wall ball shots, 10 Banded Bicep Curls, 10 Cal Bike, 10 Lat Pull Down. Adjust resistance to one you can sustain 🙂 As Many Rounds As Possible for 16mins .”

Natuwa rin si Iya dahil natutunan niyang maglagay ng background music sa kanyang video, “Okay, first of all, let’s take a moment to appreciate the audio background 🤣z I’ve finally figured out how to use different music background aside from the neon selection that seemed to be the only one I could find suitable for my workout videos 🤣 Yay to quarantine discoveries.”

Dagdag pa ni Iya, mas malaki ang kanyang pagbubuntis ngayon dahil sa kanyang mga kinakain habang naka-quarantine. Pero masaya siya dahil kahit nasa bahay ay may oras pa rin siyang makapag-exercise.

“So much bigger this time around and the quarantine eating ain’t helping  so I’m glad that I’m still able to move, get my heart pumping and a good sweat in 🙂 hope everyone is finding ways to stay sane at home ,” ayon kay Iya.
