ABS-CBN ang pinakapinanood na network noong 2019 na naghatid ng makabuluhang balita at mga kwentong mapupulutan ng aral ng pamilya matapos nitong magkamit ng average audience share na 44% noong 2019, laban sa 31% ng GMA, ayon sa datos ng Kantar Media.
Siyam na puwesto sa listahan ng most watched TV programs ang nakuha ng Kapamilya shows, kung saan namayagpag pa rin ang “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” (36.9%). Kasunod naman nito ang “The Voice Kids” (33.5%) at “The General’s Daughter” (31.5%).
Kabilang rin sa listahan ang “World of Dance Philippines” (31.4%), “Search for the Idol Philippines” (29.1%), “Ngayon at Kailanman” (28.7%), “Parasite Island” (28.6%), “TV Patrol” (28.2%), and “Starla” (26.6%).
Samantala, ang Kapamilya network ang pinakapinanood sa bawat sulok ng bansa. Sa Mega Manila, nagtala ito ng average audience share na 36%, kontra sa 31% ng GMA, pati na sa Metro Manila sa pagrehistro nito ng 42%, laban sa 25% ng GMA. Nanguna rin ang ABS-CBN sa Total Luzon sa pagtala nito ng 40%, kumpara sa 33% ng GMA; sa Total Visayas sa pagkamit nito ng 54%, kontra sa 24% ng GMA; at sa Total Mindanao sa pagrehistro nito ng 51%, laban sa 28% ng GMA.
Tinutukan din ang ABS-CBN sa bawat time blocks noong 2019, lalo na sa primetime block sa pagtala nito ng 47%, kumpara sa 31% ng GMA. Panalo rin ang Kapamilya network mula Enero hangang Disyembre sa morning block (6AM-12NN) sa pagrehistro nito ng average audience share na 37%, kontra sa 28% ng GMA; sa noontime block (12NN-3PM) sa pagkamit nito ng 44%, kontra sa 31% ng GMA; at sa afternoon block (3PM-6PM) sa pagkuha nito ng 46%, at tinalo ang 32% ng GMA.
Kinakatawan ng Kantar Media ang 100% ng mga manonood ng telebisyon sa buong bansa sa paggamit nito ng nationwide panel size na 2,610 na urban at rural homes.
